Job Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our company’s digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging and informative content that drives traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid search, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating and publishing content and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and whitepapers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify new opportunities to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage the company’s website, including creating and optimizing content, managing SEO, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of success in driving traffic and conversions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and HubSpot.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating content for various channels.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a software house or technology company is a plus.
